We're looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and optimize our online store. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring the website is updated, functional, and designed to maximize sales and customer experience.Your Main ObjectiveTo manage and optimize the company's online store, driving smooth daily operations, effective campaigns, and an improved customer journey to increase sales and brand impact.Your Main ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee online store management including product uploads, inventory, collections, and pricing.You will implement and manage website updates, ensuring a smooth and on-brand user experience.You will conduct regular site checks to identify issues and recommend improvements.You will manage third-party integrations (apps, plugins, or tools) that enhance e-commerce performance.You will partner with the marketing and creative teams to support campaigns and promotions.You will monitor analytics and site performance, providing insights to improve conversion and customer journey.Qualifications2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify or similar platforms).Strong understanding of digital retail best practices and user experience.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues; familiarity with HTML/CSS or Liquid is a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.Excellent English communication skills.Be Part of the ATI JourneyOur aim at ATI Business Group in working with our Clients is to support their continued growth by providing cost-effective technology and talented & scalable people resources on demand.
