Finance Lead

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial management, with practical knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
• Strong familiarity with Indonesian audit and tax filing procedures, with proven experience leading annual audits.
• Experience in any related transportation, automotive, or mobility industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in dealing with Indonesian tax authorities is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is preferred, Mandarin is a plus point

• Oversee all financial operations of the Indonesia entity, including daily cash flow management, financial policy development, and process optimization.
• Handle accounting functions, including bookkeeping, monthly closing, and preparation of financial statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with auditors to ensure completion of audit reports and other statutory requirements.
• Manage tax compliance in Indonesia, including timely and accurate filings for VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Act as the company's audit and compliance lead, proactively identifying and mitigating financial and tax risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and manage company accounts and fund transfers.
• Provide financial support to both local and headquarters teams, and participate in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
