- Develop and manage a portfolio of potential accounts within a specified territory
- Achieve revenue targets through effective use of sales tools and techniques
- Maximize account production and up-sell following revenue directions
- Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends, needs, and opportunities
- Organize and participate in sales activities such as blitz campaigns, telemarketing, sales calls, site inspections, trade shows, and workshops
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and decisions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions and market engagements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Monitor competitor activities and report on market threats and opportunities
- Attend regular sales meetings and provide performance reports as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Opera or similar hospitality management software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Ability to develop rapport with colleagues, management staff, and clients
- Experience in the service industry, preferably in luxury or five-star hotels
- Understanding of and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent follow-up and documentation skills
- Ability to calmly and effectively execute last-minute requests
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach to sales
