Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
Manage the waiting list and provide accurate wait times
Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries
Assist with reservations and maintain an organized reservation system
Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences
Upsell promotional items, events, and provide suggestions for an enhanced experience
Ensure that the highest standards of customer service are provided to handle customer inquiries, complaints, any issues, and feedback that may arise in a professional manner to continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction
Coordinate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Only for Indonesian Citizen
Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
