Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and agreeing building and facilities contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security assigned to the facility.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and cooling systems, are well-maintained.
  • Managing facility budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in running the facility.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • May be required to oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
