Designed for convenience and data protection, their services cater to business travelers, backpackers, and adventurers alike—offering a seamless, reliable alternative to costly roaming and unstable public WiFi.As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and consistency of daily operations across all branches. This position requires strong leadership and hands-on involvement in overseeing office functions, customer service teams, and overall service quality. You will act as the key connector between branches and lead operational excellence through strategic supervision and effective coordination.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) across all operational areas.Lead Quality Control (QC) and operational checks to maintain high service standards.Conduct regular inspections of stock levels and operational infrastructure.Manage day-to-day activities at the headquarters and serve as the liaison between branches (Jakarta, Bali, Bandung).Monitor and follow up on progress reports from each branch to ensure uniformity and performance quality.Lead and supervise customer service teams, consisting of 15 members in Jakarta and 5 members in Bali.Prepare operational reports, set KPIs and performance targets, and provide in-depth performance analysis.Qualifications:Minimum age of 35 years.Proven experience in the airline, travel, internet service provider, or telecommunications industry.At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or multi-site operational role.Strong leadership skills with a systematic and assertive management approach.Experienced in supervising large teams and driving performance through structured coordination.Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate, with availability for business travel to Bali when required.
