Description:You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible to position the hotel in the local marketplace through appropriate sales and marketing initiatives and to ensure the hotel product and services align with the positioning and brand promise created through marketing communications.Qualifications:Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales & Marketing, or Director of Sales in larger operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
Valid for Indonesian citizen only
