Job Responsibilities
- Act as an interpreter and translator (Mandarin-Indonesian) to ensure effective communication between the sales team and clients. - Coordinate and monitor sales project progress to ensure deadlines and targets are met. - Provide daily administrative support including meeting arrangements, minutes taking, and project document management. - Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth collaboration. - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Monitor project developments and regularly provide progress reports. - Other responsibilities as neededJob Requirement
