Senior Leasing Manager - Grade A Office Tower

• Develop, refine, and execute innovative leasing strategies to achieve and surpass occupancy targets and optimize rental income.
• Proactively identify, engage, and secure new, high-caliber tenants that align with the property's prestigious Grade A positioning.
• Expertly manage the entire leasing lifecycle, from initial prospecting and comprehensive market analysis to meticulous lease term negotiation and successful deal closure.
• Cultivate and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key real estate brokers, prospective and existing tenants, and other critical industry stakeholders.
• Partner seamlessly with marketing, property management, and legal teams to ensure a frictionless tenant onboarding experience and foster strong tenant retention.
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and evolving tenant demands to inform strategic leasing decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare insightful and accurate leasing reports, comprehensive forecasts, and compelling presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Actively represent the property at industry events, networking functions, and business forums to elevate brand visibility and market reputation.
• Oversee all aspects of tenant lease renewals, expansions, and relocations within the property, ensuring optimal space utilization and tenant satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, lease agreements, and all relevant local real estate regulations

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leasing experience in commercial real estate, with a strong preference for direct experience with Grade A office buildings.
• Proven track record of significant leasing success specifically within the Jakarta market, or a comparable, highly competitive Southeast Asian commercial real estate environment.
• Exceptional negotiation, persuasive communication, and superior interpersonal skills.
• In-depth, nuanced knowledge of the Jakarta office leasing market dynamics, including tenant mix, pricing strategies, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
