PLANT DIRECTOR

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles in factory operations.
• Deep knowledge of production processes, inventory management, distribution, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of best practices in manufacturing, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills in identifying operational problems and developing effective solutions.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, direct, and manage teams.
• Effective communication, both orally and in writing, as well as the ability to collaborate with various departments and levels within the organization.

• Responsible for all operational aspects within the factory, including production, inventory management, distribution, security, and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee and manage the entire production process from planning to delivery of finished products, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and optimal inventory management to support factory operations effectively.
• Coordinate the distribution of finished products to customers or business partners according to the established schedule.
• Ensure workplace safety and security by implementing best practices in occupational health and safety standards.
• Ensure the factory complies with all applicable regulations and rules, including environmental regulations, health and safety regulations, and industry regulations.
• Design and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce production costs, and enhance productivity.
• Manage the operational team, including production, logistics, security, and compliance, and provide guidance and supervision to achieve operational goals.
