- Represent the end user of your product, understand them & drive the product solutions to solve this end user problem
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often.
- Define clear and well-scoped requirements and usability documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences, also be detailed.
- Deliver features. You put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision to make sure products and features are launched.
- Understand that “one size doesn't fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible.
- Deep dive into data and identify the right problem statements and the right segments to target and take an experimentation-driven product development approach.
- Define and drive a roadmap for the team in collaboration with stakeholders from Engineering, Design, Research, Business, and Operations to build a solid world-class product.
- Have at least 3-5 years of product management experience. Having experience in the POS or Payment industry is a plus.
- Skilled at working with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, the ability to summarize complex and technical topics to a wide range of audiences. You also know how to build trust, set goals, and get things done. You aren't afraid of using whatever channel (face-to-face or email)
- You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out, and you make it your mission to deliver quality products

- Proficiency in data querying is a plus
