Job Description Summary:Review and Assisting all operation contracts (day to day operation in C&R units).Prepare and provide guidance for all legal documents for innovative financing project.Prepare and approve all standard contract template for project management.Job Description:Provide guidance and approve contract matters for Surat Perjanjian Kerja (SPK) and others documents.Liaise with 3rd parties (KLHK, etc.) to ensure company’s permit applications processed timely, and properly submitted in compliance with applicable regulations.Ensure effective liaison, coordination, and consultation with designated officials at related ministry and/or government institution, to support the regulatory and administrative processes related to Carbon and Renewables.Review and provide guidance for contract and other legal documents related to operations.Review and approve standard contract template.Approve all contracts which have been reviewed.Negotiate and approve fees of external legal counsel and notary for its related project.Planning and monitor development plan of Legal Support.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Legal or similar field.Minimum 7 years of experience in document and license management, preference in forestry industry.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing document and license management.Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications."Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
