Job Category: General ServicesJob Description:Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and assist in Planner Department, you will assist the planning and scheduling team in managing project timelines and coordinating with various departments. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for active student to gain hands-on experience Planning and Scheduling in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Under supervision and with guidance, you will be involved in learning and assisting with:

Assist in creating and updating project schedules using scheduling software, under the guidance of experienced planners.
Help monitor project progress and support the team in identifying potential delays.
Help monitor and manage Data Visualization.
Contribute to preparing status reports and maintaining project documentation.
Support the team in analyzing project performance metrics and brainstorming ideas for improvements.
Participate in team meetings and assist in creating planning and scheduling presentations.

Qualifications:Essential Qualifications and Education:

Active college student in D3/D4/S1. (Industrial Engineering, Informatics Technology, or any related field which familiar with Data Visualization)
Internship placement is available in McDermott Batam and the minimum duration should be done in 6-8 Months.
Applicants should not be participating in another internship program.
Applicants should have strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
