- Track & report CRM KPIs monthly to Marketing Manager.
- Supporting sales/training team and store managers to be aware of their performance and action to take to achieve CRM goals.
- Support Marketing Manager to analyze and develop new tactical mechanisms (e.g. Recruitment campaigns, repurchase campaigns) or CRM program improvements to achieve CRM goals.
- Work with Retail Team to ensure proper roll out of Dior Satisfaction Meter to all stores.
- Work with Beauty Consultants and Retail team to ensure proper update of client information.
- Ensure proper client migration (POS assignment, BC assignment) should any changes such as store closure, store opening, transfer of BCs occur.
- Execute instore client events to drive retention and increase overall client average spend.
- Initiate and run client events which can help to enhance client’s overall brand love.
- Work with product marketing team to communicate events that support the overall product campaign objective (e.g. recruit existing non-skin clients to skincare).
- Ensure proper handling of customer complaints and service recovery.
- Work closely with Regulatory team ensure that products can be launch in line with the launch date. (Measures: Brand’s Onshelf date) Focusing on Fragrance and Skincare category.
- Work closely with SG supply chain to request necessary documents such as COA for importation purposes.
- Compile order submission from all division and ensure the order are calculated accordingly to meet the needs.
- Tracking shipment to Indo, alert WH of any urgent shipment.
- Work closely with retail team to ensure products are listed into key retailer’s assortment in a timely manner (measures: Retailer’s Onshelf date)
- Work closely with merchandising team to ensure planograms are fully optimized and carrying the right assortment for each door
- Prepare Novelties calendar, allocation to each door and track each SKU by initiative
- Assist the marketing manager in generating the required data for both regular reporting and ad-hoc reporting purposes.
- Oversee, implement, and track gifting and samples (gift and samples) which includes forecasting and proper allocation to stores.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English (business level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
- Min 2 years Experienced in CRM/Marketing is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands on experience with CRM software/ system is preferred.
- Prior internships in luxury brands industry are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent time management and outstanding multitasking abilities
