- Developing and implementing advocacy strategies to promote the benefits and impact of the Kartu Prakerja program;
- Engaging with stakeholders including international institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and community organization to build strategic partnerships and advocate related issues;
- Conducting research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for program improvement and expansion;
- Preparing reports and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and implementation of advocacy and strategic planning initiatives;
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of advocacy efforts and proposing adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (social science, public policy, international relations, etc)
- Proven experience in advocacy, strategic planning, program management or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong capability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written English and
- Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Knowledge of the Indonesian labor market and skill development programs is preferred;
- Passion for social impact and improving the lives of individuals through skill development.
