Field Service Manager (Pump & Rotating Equipment)

- Direct reporting to Senior Manager Services
- Manage services and maintenance, to pump and perform projects on site
- Handle workshop for Pump Products and Services
- Provide functional support and technical advice to the operations team on a wide range of pump products
- Manage the Service & Delivery stage process for the customer
- Develop a project document as customer requirements
- Conduct maintenance and services for a pump product
- Develop a pump product especially for dewatering and dredging
- Coordinate with the manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering teams
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least twenty years' experience in pump services and workshop
- Experienced in managing the Service & Engineering team
- Product knowledge of Pump Products
- Strong knowledge of dewatering and dredging
- Good leadership and developing others
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time management / strong ability to manage deadlines
- Good problem-solving approach
- Effective relationship management and communication skills
- Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and effective presentation skills
- Willing to work in Cikarang, Indonesia
