As a Venture Execution Associate, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives forward ensuring projects move from plan to execution without losing momentum. This role is perfect for someone proactive, structured, and motivated to grow, with the ability to connect the dots, coordinate across teams, and keep execution on track.Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of 2–3 strategic initiatives at a time, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones, deadlines, and accountability for each stakeholder.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring executives and team members stay aligned and deliver on commitments.
Act as the main driver of progress by persistently following up with responsible parties and escalating blockers early.
Organize and run short check-ins (15-minute huddles) to review priorities, progress, and issues; summarize discussions into action items.
Deliver weekly status reports highlighting completed tasks, critical blockers, and upcoming deadlines, ensuring transparency for executives.
Maintain accurate project documentation including timelines, decision logs, task trackers, and escalation records.
Support initiatives by conducting market/competitor research, preparing briefing notes, and drafting simple execution materials.
Ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and are submitted on time.
Identify inefficiencies in project execution and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred (experience can substitute).
2–4 years in project management, operations, consulting, or a fast-paced execution role (startups/tech/finance preferred).
Strong English communication skills verbally and written.
Strong ability to push initiatives forward, ensuring commitments are delivered without losing momentum.
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar task/project tracking systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing updates, follow-ups, and reporting to executives.
Capable of breaking down complex projects into manageable steps and identifying risks early.
Able to track multiple moving pieces simultaneously without losing accuracy.
Resourceful in finding solutions, anticipating challenges, and escalating issues appropriately.
Proactive, persistent, structured, reliable, and resilient enough to push accountability with senior stakeholders.
Ambitious and motivated to grow into senior project management, operations leadership, or executive roles.
Preferably based in Bali
