- Assist in monitoring and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all reservation systems, hotel services, room rates, packages, and promotional offerings.
- Support the team in applying effective selling strategies, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring accurate input of data in PMS and other relevant systems.
- Work closely with the Front Office and Revenue teams to help optimize room occupancy and improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Assist in delivering training, preparing schedules, conducting daily briefings, and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and service standards.
- At least 2 years of experience in a reservations leadership role in hospitality.
- Proficient in PMS, PABX, and other hotel reservation systems.
- Solid knowledge of sales techniques, yield management, and cost control.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Skilled in team coaching, training, and delivering effective feedback.
