A strong individual with high discipline and reliability
Highly resilient and mentally tough
Willingness to run the extra mile and work with unpredictable schedules (i.e., standby on an instant communication channel in case an issue arises)
Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high pressure situation
Excellent communication skills
Good analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in IT field (computer science / electrical engineering / telco) or at least 1 year of technical experience in software development / IT (operation, support & infrastructure) field
