IT Auditor ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO/IEC 20000

• As an Auditor, you will assist in conducting audits for ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System or ISO/IEC 20000 IT Service Management System. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and exposure across the region.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, performing, and completing client audits for Information Security Management Systems (ISO/IEC 27001) or IT Service Management Systems (ISO/IEC 20000).
• Support the coordination of internal and external communications related to client management, including audit planning and updates to client database information.
• Apply foundational knowledge of business improvement techniques during the auditing process.
• Ensure customer focus and contribute to value-added auditing services.
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring audit performance indicators (lead time, rejection rate, etc.).

• Key Requirements:
• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT or computer science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years or more of experience in IT or information security (relevant internships and work experience may be considered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Confidence in interacting with various business levels, from executives to operational staff.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills. In-depth experience across a broad range of industries will also be seen as a definite advantage.
• Completion of or willingness to attend ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor training (IRCA/CQI approved or equivalent).
• Has attended and passed updated ISO9001 or ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor course (IRCA/CQI approved training or equivalent).
• Has qualification as Lead Auditor in ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000, or ISO 9001 from a recognized Certification Body would be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for audits, potentially in remote or overseas locations.
