Relationship Manager SME Type A

• Identifying the potential and business competition of SMEs in the working area.
• Analyzing customer needs, marketing, relationships, and providing integrated banking solutions for customer/prospective customer issues.
• Establishing customer business ecosystems and assisting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
• Initiating, analyzing, recommending credits, and controlling credit quality.
• Monitoring and mentoring (off/on-site) the performance of customer portfolios or accounts.

• Credit Management Ceiling: 500 million - 25 billion. If it exceeds 25 billion - 200 billion, it is acceptable.
• Minimum formal education of Bachelor (S1) or S2 from all accredited faculties/departments at PTN/PTS.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4).
• Experienced as a Relationship Manager in the field of Wealth Management with minimum experience of 2 (two) years.
• Good communication skills, fluent in English is preferable.
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Certified / obtained licenses in Aaji/Waperd/Wppe/Cwm.
