Analyze past performance and industry trends to determine realistic and achievable targets.
Segment travel agents based on size, specialization, and region.
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to identify emerging markets, niches, and distribution channels.
Create a detailed budget for the Sales & Distribution department, including marketing expenses, travel, and staff costs.
Analyze data from past trade and customer programs to identify successful elements.
Design clear and achievable sales targets for each team member, aligned with overall KPIs.
Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Regularly track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales distribution and account management
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the FMCG or Airlines industry.
Proven track record in identifying new and innovative opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach for clients, agencies and partners
Excellent English communication.
Have exceptional communication skills and an ability to build excellent rapport with strategic decisions makers
