- Analyze past performance and industry trends to determine realistic and achievable targets.
- Segment travel agents based on size, specialization, and region.
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to identify emerging markets, niches, and distribution channels.
- Create a detailed budget for the Sales & Distribution department, including marketing expenses, travel, and staff costs.
- Analyze data from past trade and customer programs to identify successful elements.
- Design clear and achievable sales targets for each team member, aligned with overall KPIs.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Regularly track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales distribution and account management
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the FMCG or Airlines industry.
- Proven track record in identifying new and innovative opportunities and closing deals with a solution-based approach for clients, agencies and partners
- Excellent English communication.
- Have exceptional communication skills and an ability to build excellent rapport with strategic decisions makers
