Job Description
We are seeking a CRM Analyst with relevant experience in managing and developing loyalty programs. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing loyalty initiatives to increase customer value and strengthen engagement.Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and monitor loyalty programs to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to expand program benefits and strengthen the loyalty ecosystem.
  • Analyze program performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Drive customer experience excellence through innovative loyalty offerings.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in loyalty program management, customer engagement, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and measure program performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented, innovative, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms, rewards management, or incentive program systems will be a strong advantage.
