- Support account registration for MSME bank accounts through our system (Rose)
- Perform data quality checks (QC) for merchant onboarding
- Upload and manage Modern Merchant partnership documents
- Schedule and send merchant reports
- Activate and deactivate business portal access for partners and internal teams
- Assist in KYC data collection and verification for all partners (Maker & Checker roles)
- Process data update requests (e.g., name, address, ID number, phone number)
- Handle special cases such as ID max issues, missing data images, and failed CIF merges
- Manage whitelist requests for employee or partner registration, updates, and deactivation
- Respond to customer issues via email and WhatsApp
- Minimum 1 year of experience in onboarding and KYC, preferably in banking, fintech, or e-commerce
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
- Willing to work in shifts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or spreadsheets
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling admin tasks and reports
- Strong customer service mindset
- Good communication skills
