As a Product Associate focused on ESG, you will play a key role in product design and translating product goals into a user experience to meet customers' expectations.As a Product Associate, you will have the opportunity to directly influence product decisions that impact our customers and business.Your research skills will help us gather insights from market trends, competitive analysis, and user feedback; enabling the creation of products that drive positive environmental, social, and governance impact.You will work closely with Business Development and Engineering teams to ensure the successful planning, development, and launch of new features and enhancements.The ideal candidate for this Product Associate role is detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly motivated. You are meticulous in your work, with a keen eye for capturing and analysing data, documenting insights, and ensuring accuracy in product requirements. You should have a strong sense of aesthetics and an ability to translate business needs into product designs.
