- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven min. 5 years of experience as a Brand Controller Manager or Marketing Controller Manager, with expertise in A&P management.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
