Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Develop and implement compliance frameworks to mitigate risks.
Monitor transactions and business activities for regulatory adherence.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage reporting requirements.
Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams, where necessary.
Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experienced in compliance or regulatory roles, preferably in finance or fintech with a relevant background.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance best practices.
Experience working with regulatory bodies such as OJK, BI, or Bappebti is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
