- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive activity in the local market.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and build relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Good understanding of the local market and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
