Research global and local music education curricula to identify best practices across classical, contemporary, and popular approaches.Design and develop fun & engaging music curricula for ages 3-15 years old, covering instruments, vocal training, and foundational music theory.Create lesson plans, practice materials, and teaching strategies tailored to different developmental stages and musical abilities.Train, mentor, and support music teachers to ensure effective and consistent curriculum delivery.Continuously review and refine the curriculum based on student progress, teacher feedback, and performance outcomes.Collaborate with academic leadership and operations teams to align curriculum with overall program goals (e.g., recitals, performances, student competitions).Gradually expand role into academic operations (e.g., teacher performance management, class scheduling, quality assurance).Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Music Education, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in music curriculum development or teaching children.Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate music pedagogy.Familiarity with curricula such as ABRSM, Trinity, Yamaha, or other structured music education systems.Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.Passion for music education, open to innovation, and aware of emerging trends in teaching and learning music.
