- Relationship Management: Identify, establish, and manage multi-tiered relationships across customer and internal organizations to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Customer Service: Proactively provide customer-oriented service, addressing specific sales and customer expectation issues at all times.
- Revenue Growth: Plan and coordinate activities and programs to retain and develop sustainable sales revenue.
- Strategy Development: Develop and manage an effective after-sales strategy for designated key accounts, and contribute to broader strategies to maintain, protect, improve, and grow the account portfolio.
- Account Handling: Take hands-on responsibility for managing key global accounts
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics or Business, with broad knowledge of Sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate consultative or solution-based sales experience in a service-related industry, preferably in the banking or hotel industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Highly driven and energetic with a well-groomed and professional appearance.
